One of the most interesting nuggets from this story is that last year's 7th round pick, Austin Reiter, a C has added 12 to 15 lbs of muscle coming into camp.
He has a much bigger frame than Lict to begin with and would be around 310ish now. Lict gained weight last year and came in around 295ish. https://www.washingtonpost.com/news/...aborative_1_na Not saying he is going to be the next C, but he might be in the mix or be a back up.
