Skins Pre-Preseason Prediction Posts

The schedule is tough this year, but I think we are a tougher team than last year. The overall defense IS improved based on the upgrades in the secondary, as well as the development of Preston Smith and Chris Baker. Is it the 85 Bears? Hell no, but the offense has so many weapons that I don't think we need a Top 5 defense. I believe the defense will be much better than these "experts" are predicting. The offense should scare every defense we face. I think the tandem of Matt Jones and Keith Marshall could surprise alot of people this year. I'm not sleeping on Chris Thompson either, I love what he brings to the passing game.

Most pre-season predictions have the Cowboys winning the division, stating the offense is good enough to overcome their porous defense. Conversely they're saying the Redskins offense, while good, isn't good enough to overcome their defensive issues. I would argue the Redskins offense will be every bit as good as Dallas and if you think the Redskins defense isn't better than Dallas, well, I'd say you probably are smoking some pretty good stuff.
