Let's say Dan fires Allen. He's just going to bring in a another lackey. He needs to hire people who he can be his buddies. He should go hire Nick Caserio off the Pats and give him total control of the operation. I can't understand how Snyder was so successful before the Redskins. To do what he did you have to give the man credit. He's obviously not a dummy, but he has been a dummy being the majority owner of the Skins.

He has had a lot of failed operations and a few hits. Timing can be everything.
