I’m concerned that he’s not making hiring decision on who’s truly best for the job or who has the most talent. He’s only hiring everyone from Carolina and old friends.

One of the huge gripes before was that there were multiple voices with multiple directions, ie callahan wanting run heavy, jay wanting whatever his offense was etc.

If Rivera wants a staff that is in tune AND inline with his vision of the team, that has to be part of the best man for the job decision. Hilliard or KOC might go on to do great things, I hope they do. But my understanding is that KOC wanted final say on his coaches, and that is asking for little fiefdoms, IN the Redskins past structures.
