If NY was still a hot spot Cuomo would be singing a different tune. It's not just a blanket all clear for re-opening, he's still leaving it up to the districts to decide how to proceed and they have to stay under a 5% positive test rate to stay open. __________________ Support The Warpath! \| Warpath Shop
