Looking back: Washington agreed to a 3-year deal with WR Curtis Samuel, giving him $23 million guaranteed. He adds the No. 1 quality they coveted most: speed. Washington had inquired about Nelson Agholor and Marvin Jones. But it added a versatile player who has improved each season; creativity will be key with him. Looks like Skins were checking Chico free agent plan at WR. How insane would it be to grab Florida’s Kadarius Toney at 19? 3 WR sets: Samuel and Terry outside and Toney in the slot? I mean if they have him as bpa... Right now TE and LB are our greatest need. FS and LT (draft prospect) next.
