I'd probably put us around #20 as well. Every offseason we say we should be in the top half (at least) of the pre-season power rankings. While I wish I could agree, I can't. We were the 5th worst team in the league and that they've spotted us 7 spots (which is a hell of a lot) says that they recognize that we've improved, but we have a lot to prove.
Portis and Gibbs are great additions, but so were Coles, Thomas, and Hall (who won us a few) last year. Plus, we lost Champ Bailey.
We could easily be a top 10 team this year (I say we go 9-7 and miss the playoffs due to the Cowboys and Vikings getting wildcards and because our Dline still stinks), but putting us at #20 is fairly realistic given our performance the past five years despite consistently improving our roster each offseason.
