I really hope your "worst case" is really the worst thing that can happen this year. Sadly, there are lots of things that COULD happen that would be far worse than your team that makes a stretch run to win 9 games. Portis will be a monster. His combined rushing and catching yardage will be over 2000 yards. Skins will score more than last year because they'll get in the end zone at a higher percentage once in the red zone. Defense will determine if the team wins 11 games or wins 6 games. And it could be on either end of that spectrum because the defense stunk last year and they lost arguably their best defensive player. Area of POTENTIAL difficulty is the OL. IF Samuels has another mediocre season and IF Dockery is more like the Pillsbury dough-boy than the Rock of Gibralter, that could be big time trouble. |
