Jacoby shut out of the Hall, again

Nothing against those that have gotten in already, but there are guys in the HoF that never won a conference championship, let alone:

3× Super Bowl champion (XVII, XXII, XXVI)
3× First-team All-Pro (1983, 1984, 1987)
4× Pro Bowl (1983–1986)
PFWA All-Rookie Team (1981)
NFL 1980s All-Decade Team

It's comical. I mean Ken Anderson was great and has some impressive numbers (especially given teh lack of pass focus back then) but nothing like the above record.

Is Joe just too ugly to get in or something?
