Why would Lavar agree to give back 4 million dollars to a team that said if a deal was done or not he would have been cut? To be let go before Free Agency Started that way he can sign a big contract with another team with a 10 -12 signing bonus before teams star shoping it was a good move fanancial wise for both sides.

I just didn't know you could do that, and also that the league would accept it as cap relief.... this way your team gets 4 mill back to get in 2 the cap and LA gets a chance early to sign with a new team if not the team would had realease him before July 4th killing his chances
