8th Best Ribs in Virginia!!!!!
Guys I just got in but wanted to boast....
Today I was awarded 8th Overall Ribs in the Virginia National Backyard Barbecue State Championship. That means I cooked the 8th best Ribs in the State of Virginia this year 2006!!!!! Fricking wow!!!!! My Pulled pork made it to the finals table at #14 too. wow! I am whipped like a Playoff Game. Gonna hit the locker room and rest and will post more details and picks later.
