Yes. Find the Sporting goods store in your area that does the high schools and little league uniforms. They will be able to send your jersey out to there tailor and have the named changed for you. It might cost more then $10.00 though.
You will save money if you take the name off yourself before you bring it in. Just go to a drug store and buy a seam cutter for $1.99 and do it while you watch T.V.
