Carter had a beastly year with the niners and faded, obviously he has potential.
Gregg Williams is a proven defensive coordinator, head coach material, and he sees something in him others have failed to realize.
Saunders is one of the best reciever coaches in all of football, it seems like an easy call to make after this game but look for the best corps in the league to have a big year.
