I was thinking about this today as Portis went on IR for the year. I believe Denver got the better half on this one. Didn't they get a 2nd rounder too? I am a firm believer that if you have a choice of having a good "cover " corner back or a good running back, I would keep the corner back.

Running backs are a lot easier to get as opposed to a good corner that can cover. IMHO
