Don't get me wrong I'm not defending Owens at all, but how does a spitting fine more than double since January when Taylor got fined $17k... and they don't even have TO's offense on tape??

He's wise to appeal.

A fine w/o a suspension is more than fair. If he's not getting suspended he should have at least double the fine of ST.
