Does it look like a soap residue or are they just spotty? Do you have good water source and plenty of preasure? Have you check the manual to see if they have a trouble shooting section. Take a glass that you clean by hand and stick it in the washer when it gets to its rinse and dry cycle. If that glass is OK then you have a problem with one of the cycles and not the water.
