I think you just said everything that I was about to post.

I could see this being a draft day deal as we get more desperate, but theres also an outside chance that Rosenhaus and the Bears work out their differences and get Briggs to sign the tender under an agreement to not tag him next year sometime between now and the draft.

This trade is hardly dead, but it's good to see the chances of it happening are going down.
