I think there is real risk to the whole offense becoming disheartened by the utter lack of organization/management exhibited between Gibbs/Saunders. That's the scariest thing to happen, when the players don't trust the calls, decisions, etc. Didn't you feel some of that in GB and NY?
I completely disagree that Cowher would be some sort of savior, and that immediate changes are needed.

But, if it makes you feel better to imagine the sky has fallen so as not to have any hope moving forward and be pleasantly surprised when we win only to call for say Jeff Fisher next time we lose...then so be it.
