SFB Weekly Recipe: Kicked up Pulled Chicken
So I cooked up a quick Big Easy Chicken in about 35-45 minutes but you could cool a chicken in the oven or a bunch of pieces on the Grill.
When it cooled I pulled off all the skin and pulled all the meat from the bone. http://www.mikehedrick.com/bbq/foodp...dchicken01.jpg I took all what I thought was crispy skin in a bowl and then sliced into thin strips and pieces. Cook that up ahead of time and put cold on a bun [yuck!!!!!] ao heat up with yer Tailgating gear. Till Next Week Hail Skin & We WILL Beat New England! peace mike
