redskins ratings
it seems to me that we're still getting shafted a bit on the ratings updates...
the most blatant being rock cartwright... who started the year with a big fat ZERO rating at kick returns... since the newest updates came out I noticed he did get upgraded... to a rating of 12. who the hell did that??? I heard that it was originally a mistake and they forgot to assign him a rating, but now someone has modified it and only thought him deserving of a 12. WTF??? doesn't he lead the NFC in kick return avg?
