Personally, I don't really mind the penalty. It tells upcoming opponents that we may be without 21, but that doesn't mean its safe to go over the middle just yet.

It's worth mentioning that I thought Reed Doughty seemed to play well, too.

He's been doing it ALL year. He even won a game for us with a huge hit.

He'll make a fine replacement for Taylor once he starts catching balls, but we'll probably never have a tandem like we had with BOTH of them back there. We were downright scary at the safety position.
