My big concern in the front office. I was going back and forth with Smootsmack yesterday on another thread about my concerns in the Front Office. We finally both agreed that with Gibbs around there is no immediate problem. Well now with Gibbs leaving we are back with the two headed draft failures in Cerratto/Snyder. These two guys wrote the book on how to mismanage player personnel and salary cap for an NFL Organization. Their track record is not very good. I do not want them running the front office. This is not good.

But... that may be exactly the kind of special advisory role Gibbs will play from this point forward to Dan and Vinny. I'm not willing to accept that those two guys haven't learned anything from 4 seasons of Gibbs' leadership.
