My big concern in the front office. I was going back and forth with Smootsmack yesterday on another thread about my concerns in the Front Office. We finally both agreed that with Gibbs around there is no immediate problem. Well now with Gibbs leaving we are back with the two headed draft failures in Cerratto/Snyder. These two guys wrote the book on how to mismanage player personnel and salary cap for an NFL Organization. Their track record is not very good. I do not want them running the front office. This is not good.

This has probably been mentioned, but what about bringing Charley Casserly back?
He still does Redskins analysis for Comcast so he can't hate the team all that much for letting him go.
Plus, his last draft with Houston looks pretty good after 2 seasons.
