Dallas had the better year, though their's ended on a more sour note. My wife is a cowpokes fan & she laid around moping all day yesterday. We didn't speak after the game cause I said TO would start running his mouth & blaming somebody. Turns out, he did just the opposite. Crazy year.

Looking forward I think both teams have a lot going for them, but based on personel you would have to say that dallas is the preseason nfc east favorite again. It will be a crazy division. The pokes have 2 #1 picks + all their others & they already are a young team on D. They just need to re-up w/the o line & recievers. TO has at least 1 more good year (though I won't be surprised to see some drop off) & Glenn might contribute.

If Phillips & Jones are worth their salt, they'll get the players to believe that this season was part of the learning curve & that they should regroup to be better. Happens to a lot of teams, e.g. the Colts this decade.

We have a lot more holes to fill IMO, but this year showed that we've begun to establish some youth & depth. It really hurts to end the season missing your top 3 picks from 04-06 and that will also take a toll on our decisions this year.
