Rumors: Big Name Coaches

Dan Snyder has stated he learned a great deal from his association with Gibbs during his second tenure here. I'm left to wonder if he learned what made Gibbs so successful here the first time, aside from inheriting a pretty good team. The man responsible for that success no longer resides in Washington, and before attempting to hire a coach he should make an honest attempt to find an equivilant to that talent. I would feel more comfortable with someone who knows something about football selecting a coach than a big ego, with an open wallet. Him picking coaches scares the hell out of me.
