That's because he wasn't granted the appropriate amount of time. Why do so many of our fans think success happens overnight?

Our offense was rolling over the last 5 games of the season when our receivers finally got healthy and were able to practice during the week, and also with a QB that had studied it for years.

Interestingly, our offense was ranked 13th in 2006 and 7th in 2007. I'm convinced we would have been a top 5 offense next year had we kept him.
