Anbar Province handover on Aug 28
I heard it on CNN just now. No updated link yet.
This link will provide some background Iraq to Take Control in Anbar Province - Political Machine I would have thought that the Anbar province would have been the last one handed over to the Iraqi police force for 2 reasons. 1.
