I paid 1,130.00 for 2 seats after Taxes and S&H on stub-hub which was actually about $100.00 per ticket less than those who were offering Parking passes as well.

Now my question is do season ticket holders pay face value for the ticket or is that print on the front of the ticket BS?

This is good to know because I just reserved my seats for next season. All I have paid is the reservation fee (100.00 per seat so far). I am under the impression that I pay a fee which is a little over 2 grand for the 1st season on top of the face value for each seat. After the first year I just pay for the face value of my seats...Right?

Disclaimer: I have stated before that my uncle has season tickets and that he sells his every year and buys better seats. Sometimes I attend games with him, but in no way were those season tickets ever actually mine... Just in case somebody tries to pull the old "I thought you already had season tickets" bit.
We pay face value, on the front of the ticket.... but we also pay the exact same face value for two preseason games and at least 4 games a year that fetch less than face. A $99 dollar ticket will run $1040. Seeing as 2 games of the year are worthless and AT LEAST 4 games are worth maybe 3/4 face(being generous) that means to sell the other four games and break even someone has to sell that $99 for 173.25. It just doesn't happen. The people who drive up the prices are the opposing fans to the big games. If our fan base went to more games then it wouldn't be a problem. It isn't the season ticket holders at all. Blame those who aren't season ticket holders (and could be) but still complain.
