[Trample the Elderly]

Get rid of the dead weight through the coarse of a couple of years to recoup some money and not get burned with dead cap and release fees. Our guys are getting old in the D and O lines but they can still play. There is no doubt in my mind that most of them will be back since it would cost us to release them. I don't see all of them starting though. Draft their replacements
The players that don't cost anything or much to keep will be gone regardless to make room for cap space. We'll see a lof of players return that we wouldn't want on our roster anymore. All that I ask is that we do more to develope our own instead of blowing our wad in free agency. I like what we did last year as far as the draft and FA is concerned.
If they can continue this and stop over paying people then I'd be happy.
What Dallas needs to do.
Tell Jerry Jones that he doesn't contribute enough to the team with his input. Keep TO and promote him to team spokesman. Let Tony Romo go. He throws too many interceptions. Actually keep him on the roster. It really doesn't make that much of a difference. Keep Wade Phillips, he's the best available.
