Re: Campbell: Meeting "Very Successful"

It's sad that the upstanding character guys in sports like Jason Campbell are always the unpopular ones. You have head cases like TO, Chad Johnson, and Cutler throw tantrums and act like little kids, and they get all the attention from the media and the fans. Jason could have done many things and has chosen to be the better person, act like a professional, and move on.

Someone mentioned that JC should look out after himself financially and demand more money or go to another. Given the type of person that JC appears to be, I would imagine he's a responsible person that probably has wisely managed his money and is probably not hurting for money right now. Besides, JC probably realizes that the best way for him to improve his situation, is take advantage of next season to prove to the Redskins and the league that he can play the position and take it to the next level.

I'm surprised that Redskins fans don't remember how Art Monk carried himself throughout his career, and how he handled the whole situation of not being elected to the Hall of Fame.
