I don't know why fans make such a big deal when the likes of Chad Johnson or Anquan Boldin ask to be traded. People say "oh, it's all about the money". However, they don't say that it is "all about the money" when they cut a player (like when the team cut Washington). Neither the teams nor the players honor their respective contracts, and it should just stop.

You have to admit that most player trade or contract problems are solely based on money. While of course there are exceptions but in Boldin's case he wants to leave a Superbowl team cuz of money. While Chad Johnson is a mixture of both. Where i see teams make their move more based on performance. Ive yet to hear a team has refused a players guaranteed money based on performance, but only off the field issues.
If the players want more flexibility, stop asking the agents for 10 year deals.
