Nowadays, given the speed of the college game, it's hard to find blue chip players who haven't been nicked up here and there over the course of their college career. Adrian Peterson had that same knock on him coming out of college, but he turned out pretty good.

I think the draft is just one component of the overall "off-season." If I were to judge the Skins in total moves/non-moves this offseason, I'd give them a solid B.
