Gardiner seems to be the popular choice, but I have some trouble believing that they will cut him upright. His cap number isn't as large as some other guys who would probably be cut before him - if they don't renegotiate - like Samuels and Wynn.
I have a feeling Brunell will be back for one more year, and then will be cut in June 2006. If the doctors think that Barrow can heal properly, I feel as though he could be around for another year as well. The talk of Dockery or Taylor being cut is just nonsense. Both of them are talented young players who are hard workers (Taylor has been good on special teams which makes him practically a lock) - and their salaries are not that large. Morton's injury, cap number, and lack of productivity could spell doom for him. |
