Confidence means you don't have to make a show to stand up for yourself, just go out and do what needs to be done.

That quote about Todd Collins asking the coaches a pass protection question because Jason was embarrassed really really sucks.

Havent you ever gotten frustrated with the same game face he has, win or lose? TD or Int. I see no emotion.
What are you talking about? He did what a LEADER does when faced with adversity. Rather than talk about, he was doing something about it. During the Cutler madness day he was at Redskins Park, doing his weight work and throwing to receivers, like a leader should be doing. Talk and emotion are way overrated. It has nothing to do with 'not knowing how to stick up for himself'. If that was the case he would have stayed at home rather than face the questions he got of 'what are you doing here'? His response was perfect, 'I am the QB of this team until told otherwise.' Bullies and weaklings always feel the need to 'stick up for themselves', leaders lead by actions.

You're reading WAY too much into the Collins thing. If the story came out that he asked a question for something he should have known the reply would probably be 'what a dumbass, he can't even learn basic plays'.

I'm not dead but this team is dead to me...but now that McCloughan is here they may have new life!

Jay Gruden = Zorny McSpurrier
Kirk Cousins = Next Grossman
