There is no evidence in Ben's case and that's why the cops left it alone. I'm not saying Ben is 100% innocent but I'd probably say he is. We see this crap all the time from women. I remember when Eric Williams from Dallas got into a similar situation with a women who just wanted money from him. He then sued her back for fraud or something and won. Deion Sanders was talking on NFL Network about how women try and scam money out of athletes all the time cause they figure they'll settle out of court so their name won't get dragged through the mud.

I find it interesting that Ben gets a pass but everyone is ready to crucify Kobe, Vick and Marvin.

Hell, Ben isn't even losing endorsements and his accuser is a complete wackjob like Kobe's was.
