Vick conditionally reinstated by NFL (updated)

I just think there is too much to deal with if he signs with us. I honestly don't think he's changed that much, but he serverved his timed and should be fully reinstated. That said, if we did sign him it would tell me 3 things.

1) The FO doesn't think JC is a franchise QB.
2) Zorn has no influence in any personell discisions
3) They would be taking a huge PR risk, and it worries me that he's only 2-3 hours from his old neighborhood and could get influenced by the wrong people in DC.
