I have two projections, if it is close then the Bucs win despite another monster day by Jason Campbell 300+ 2 TDs 0 Int's (its so sad that those stats are considered a monster day)
OR... Clinton Portis finally comes alive and rushes from 125+ for a TD, Moss/Cooley combine for 200+ yards and a TD and JCampbell will have, as mentioned before, 300+ yards, 2 TDs, and 0 Ints HTTR
