Again, I'd like to thank all of you for your support.

My co-workers are going to throw a pot-luck dinner for me today, in honor of my good health. We're celebrating a full month of me not smoking.

For everyone that still smokes but wants to quit, it can be done. I feel better than I've felt in years. I've smoked for 16 years and it was a bitch quitting. The first week was hell on Earth. I'm still a little bit aggressive. It can be done. I'm not superhero. If I can do it, so can you.
