Hail to the Redskins The Starter Join Date: Feb 2004 Posts: 1,687	Can We Draft as High as 3rd Overall? If Tampa Bay beats Atlanta and KC beats Denver... and we lose to SD... ...can we have third pick?? I know we'd draft at least 4th because KC beat us... but what would be the tie-breaker between us and Tampa?
