Jansen and Wynn have restructured

I think the problem with the Samuels restructure is he would probably stand to lose some money in a new deal. Maybe not overall but definitely on a per annum basis.

For Jansen, PR, Wynn, it seems we were able to just move some of the money around without affecting the total amounts.

Samuels stands to make more in his current deal than he would on the open market. The Skins are probably trying to pay him at around market value, so Samuels has no real incentive to restructure. I figure the Skins will have to give him more than market to strike a deal, and that's the problem.
