Dude, you dont know the situation. He was 16 and his sister was 15. They were kids. I am wondering two things, why was he put on a registered sex offenders list, at 16 and it seems to me that his sister was just as guilty. You dont know what family life he was exposed to.


Also, I wrote the first part thinking he was an adult and his sister was 15.
