None of the teams atop the draft order would likely be interested in dealing for Campbell because they aren't going to surrender their 1st round pick for him.

Come draft day, a few teams in the bottom third of the order could be interested because the the compensation for them would not be as steep as it would be for teams picking in the top third. On the other hand, teams picking low in the order are not looking for QB's.
