The importance of continuity...
Here is an item I ran across in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram:
Team stability: In tearing up his coaching staff after only two years, Bill Parcells offered another reason why Philadelphia is well ahead of the Cowboys in the NFC East. The Eagles' staff is familiar. In Andy Reid's six seasons as head coach, only one assistant has departed: Leslie Frazier, to become Cincinnati's defensive coordinator in 2003. Coaching stability is invaluable. Wow. Losing only one assistant coach in six years is pretty amazing.
