I am not going to cry over spilled free agency milk anymore but I do think there is to much of a tendancy around here to downplay the contributions of a player after he is gone. Smoot may not have been a top NFL corner but he was very good and still young and improving. And he was also a very good team guy. I think it's definitely time to move on and stop crying about it, but Smoot is a player that will be missed I think.
