Same boat, I had to do it twice. I think the biggest saver right now is that I plug it start into the wall not a surge protector.

though to be honest as far as over all machines my PS3 just runs circles around the Xbox. The PS3 really does everything, I strongly suggest folks pick it up for $300 it really is a no brainier.
