Someone talked about how Arrington is always sacrificing his body. Sorry, that's one thing I've never noticed. Remember, he sat out about 80% of last season with an injury that was supposed to keep him out three games and a bye week. I'm not saying he was dogging it, but he sure wasn't "sacrificing his body".


If you have a 3-4 defesne with Arrington, Marshall, Clemons and Taylor as the linebackers, you damned well better have some outstanding run-stoppers at all three DL positions or teams will run the ball down your throat all day long. The linebackers will never get to blitz because it will always be 2nd and 3...

What does it take to get Marcus Washington some credit around here. For christ's sake, he started on the NFC Pro Bowl Team!
