You mean kids aren't always accidents? I'm 27 and my wife is 23 and we've yet to take that step. I've always wanted to have a nice house and been financially stable before having children. Now that we're at that point I find myself too selfish and don't want to give up my money and time. So for now we're gonna wait at least 3-5 more years and I'll just borrow family members kids for the time being. I'm definitely gonna keep an eye on this thread though.
