The redskins really need to start drafting/signing a different type of player. Talent is fine but its not enough, the skins need to focus more on the player's inteligence/maturity/work ethic. NE is the best example of this, sure they have talent (every nfl team does) but they also have the highest team % of college graduate players. I think this team intelligence is at least as much if not more important a factor in their run than the football talent.

The skins need to stop signing player with million dollar bodies and 2 cent heads. When the do, they will start winning titles.
