Newton also can throw the ball with power and accuracy. I think unless he explodes against oregon, the risk factor still makes him available at 10. Snyder lives for a pick like that and shannahan loves quarterbacks like that. I dont think he is as much like vick as he has potential to be vince young with a better arm.
