At the end of the day though, I can't really argue against Andy Dalton's accomplishments, and the scouts seem to think he's a real legit mid round pick.

I just wish there was a single thing about Dalton that suggested he was a pro prospect. When you are a mountain west QB who does everything well, and nothing great, that means you become an NFL third stringer. What am I missing on Dalton that would justify a day two pick on him?
I've been thinking the same. I hear/see a lot of people singing Dalton's praises and hoping to get him, but I'm just not seeing why. I'm not for a moment suggesting he won't become a star, I just am not seeing what it is that has everyone so high on him.
